The Armani Bamboo Bar on the side plays elegant music, creating a chic and elegant atmosphere.

WHAT TO EAT

Like France and China, Italy also has a long history of gastronome, as well as their art and fashion, exquisite and delicious. Italian cuisine is authentic and has a rich style of cooking. In addition to the familiar pizzas and pastas, there are also many exquisite desserts and local specialties.

The Armani Restaurant continues the rich culinary traditions of Lombardy and combines international elements at the same time. Carefully selecting each material in order to provide the perfect dining experience, the restaurant has its own special menu. If you don't know what to order, you can choose the Degustazione Milano menu (110 Euros), including red wine, appetizers, starters, two main courses, appetizing desserts and after meal desserts.

AMUSE BOUCHE

Before the formal dining, the chef will provide some exquisite snacks to invite the tasters to explore the meal. In fact, this way of dining originated from the "nouvelle cuisine" in France, reflecting the chef's sincerity towards the guests.

These four snacks actually represent four cities: New York, London, Tokyo and Dubai, as if you have experienced a trip around the world on the tip of your tongue.

APPETIZER

The perfect starter, visually and taste-wise, combines richly colored and refreshing vegetables with grain.

THE FIRST MAIN COURSE: RISOTTO ALLA MILANESE

The main course of Italy is divided into two separate dishes, this is the first main dish. In Italy, where pasta is popular, people in the north have a soft spot for rice. Milanese risotto is a special dish which you cannot miss in the Lombard area. The saffron added during cooking makes each grain a golden color, while the Italian glutinous rice keeps it in a beautiful shape.

There is a kind of creamy taste in the rice and then a hit of thick bone oil.

SECOND MAIN COURSE: ITALIAN FRIED LAMB CHOPS

The most important thing about fried lamb chops is the crispy outside and tender inside. Italian lamb chops are wrapped with egg and cheese powder to create a crispy crust with golden color, while just the right cooking time keeps the lamb chops fresh and not too dry.

The waiter will personally cut the lamb chops in front of you and put them on your plate.

SIDE DISH (CONTORNO)

At the same time, there is a fresh and natural salad as a side dish, usually placed after the second dish, or with the second dish, to neutralize the greasy meat dishes.

APPETIZING DESSERT

Before the formal tasting of the dessert, the waiter will present an appetizing dessert made from ice-cream and biscuits. It will virtually melt on your tongue, in order to create a refreshing taste to prepare your appetite for dessert.

DESSERT

This dessert is a series of ice cream and crepes. When you eat it, you can feel the crispness and smoothness. This small dessert is just right for the end of dinner, because it does not cause excessive satiety.

O’BON PARIS' NOTE

In addition to offering authentic Italian cuisine, Armani Restaurant has a range of high-end wines to choose from, and Italy is one of the world's largest wine producers. The waiters here will recommend wines based on different dishes. If you like wine, you do not want to miss out. Please remember there is a dress code for dining .
