SALADE DE COURGETTES ET AUBERGINES PETITS POIS FRAIS ET FETA

Eggplant, green beans and cucumber with feta starts the meal on a refreshing note. Paired with Chablis Coteau de Rosette, sweetly ripe as well as zesty tangerine and cherry aroma dominates the nose providing a stimulating finish.

CARPACCIO DE CŒUR DE SAUMON MARINé A LA VODKA BETTERAVE

The perfect combination of beetroot and beautifully cooked salmon. We clubbed it with Vodka gray goose.

FILET DE BAR FONDUE DE POIREAUX TAGLIATELLE DE CAROTTES ET FUMET DE POISSONS A LA CAROTTE

Fresh fish, with tender carrots alongside homemade mashed potatoes. Served with Pouilly Fuisse 2011 Les Plantes Vieilles. The wine is straightforward, rich and complex, the texture is opulent making a lasting impact with the right dish.

PARMENTIER DE JARRET D AGNEAU

Next, we tried the perfect combination of roast lamb with mashed potatoes. Recommended with the delicious Terrasses du Larzac 2014 Les Vignes Oubliées, very revealing note, and garrigue fine pepper, spicy aromas delicate dominate the palette.

FRAISES  ET FRAMBOISES CHANTILLY MAISON

Fresh strawberries, raspberry and fragrant cream, simple flavors when paired with Muscat du Cap Corse 2015 Antoine Arena. The wine is quite complex and will take you to various aromatic heavens : Fruits with Apricot or Mirabelle plum, white flowers like orange tree blossoms, honey and even butter, evolving to caramel. Perfect way to end the meal.
