A must-visit place in Prague, Prague castle. We recommend you to visit in the early morning before it gets too crowded. Being the seat of government, there are many spots you should not miss including Saint Vitus Cathedral, where you can see staind glasses by Alphonse Mucha, and Golden Lane, where the house of Franz Kafka is located. There are different types of tickets from A to C, and B course is the most popular one which allows you to enter Saint Vitus Cathedrale, Golden Lane, St. George’s Basilica, and Old Royal Palace. 

 

How to go : Take tram no.22, and get off from Prazsky Hrad

Famous spots on Kampa island are John lennon wall, Kampa museum, and the place with numerous swans along Vltava river.

CHARLES BRIDGE

The best view point to capture the view with Prague castle and Vltava river below. Charles bridge shows off different charms during day and night. You will see many statues when you walk on the bridge, and the statue of Saint John of Nepomuk is the most famous among them. He was the court priest of King Wenceslas IV, and he refused to tell the king about the confession of queen, and thus, he was killed by request of the king. There is the observatory deck at the starting point of Charles bridge where presents this amazing view of Prague castle by night.

A new town made in the Middle Age. Wenceslas Square was named after the king Wenceslas, who is a great figure of Czech Christianity. Along the street on each side, it is full of shopping destinations.

rootin’ tootin’ atmosphere reminds you of Octoberfest in Germany. There are several branches and all the branches have quite a huge space. Foamy beer is extremly soft and tasty. Once you order a beer, they will bring you an order sheet with many icons of beer glasses on it, and scratch each one of them whenever you order a new beer.  Deep fried cheese served with tartar sauce goes perfect with creamy beers.

After the restoration work, Prague astronomical clock revealed its appearance again. Installed in 1410, this is the third oldest astronomical clock in the world. Every hour on the hour, the Twelve disciples come out from the clock and go in, which is one of things you do not want to miss in Prague. You can go up to the clock tower to look down the old town and red roofs of Prague.

One of the hottest restaurant in Prague, Nase Maso, is famous for the wagyu burgers. When you enter this small restaurant, it looks like a butcher shop. In fact, this is also a butcher shop where locals buy fine quality meats. From Czech sausages to steaks, hamburgers, Nase Maso serves freshly made foods on tables. Situated in the 17th century baroque style building, U Maleho Glena is famous for its foamy velvet beer and sweet and salty ribs. You can enjoy the meals or beers at the bar section surrounded by warm wooden interior, while you can enjoy the jazz concerts by various artists from all over the world every night.
