Amuse-Bouche is bite-sized food. The difference from appetizers is that it is not ordered from the menu, but will be served for free by the selection of the chef. Amuse-Bouche of this day was mousse made of Foie-gras added with truffles.

Mainly made with Argentinean beef angus, it is added with Foie Gras Rougié and Asparagus, velvety potato purée and also black truffles from Piemonte and Sauternes sauce. It is quite a big quantity with various ingredients. Mixed well with vegetables, it disburdens on your stomache.
Chocolate fondant served with coconut macaron, tropical sorbet, and mango caviar with caramelised popcorns. You can freshly finish meal with this refreshing dessert. Each ingredient delivers a great taste.
