INTRO

In France, there is an expression "bobo bobo". The word "bourgeois-Bohème" refers to political opinions and has little to do with the social category you belong to or an unlikely blend of mainstream culture and 1960s-era counterculture. This is the slogan for a cafe I visited today.

ATMOSPHERE

Located on a quiet street in the 3rd Arrondissement. Cozy with wood tables, exposed brick walls, and the warm sound of vinyl records playing on a turntable, Fragments cafe made me feel like I was in a friend's living room, not a café in the city.

WHAT TO EAT

Coffee and beverages are moderately priced and brunch will cost you less than 10 euros. Most of the guests come to eat brunch. A little tip, their avocado toast was to die for. They only accept payments in cash.

AVOCADO TOAST + POACHED EGG
A simple meal on top of toast, mixed with avocado and the simple scent of vegetables. It has been really popular menu in France nowadays, serving wellness and flavor.

Made of simple materials, I could feel both the freshness of the ingredients and the original taste. The soft texture of the avocado, rich fragrance of herbs topped with a squeeze of lime juice made the perfect combined flavor.

HOMEMADE GRANOLA, YOGHURT & FRUITS

Plain yogurt topped with plenty of nuts, berries, figs, and caramelized granola.

Delicious coffee

CAPUCCINO

Cappuccino with a little latte that kept the taste of rich coffee. You can also add espresso shots according to your preference.

The espresso was fragrant and slightly acidic.

O'BON PARIS' NOTE

This cafe is in a narrow space, the perfect hole in the wall. I’m sure that you will enjoy their thoughtfully-prepared food, their excellent music, and their inviting atmosphere.
