Amidst the Paris Fashion Week 2016/17 WOMENS FW, the parisien brand ZADIG & VOLTAIRE had their latest ready-to-wear collection for fall/winter 2016.
This time, they selected a very classical parisien style building located near Iena station for the venue. The venue will actually be their headquarter from this June.
Once we stepped into the venue, we were surrounded by the dignified but inviting atomosphere. The concept of this presentation was "Exhibition installation at a gallery". That is why the atmosphere was rather noble despite a number of visitors.
As we moved further inside the venue, the latest season's collection was exhibited like art works with unique decorative objects. We stopped by the eye-catchy projection on the ceiling capturing scenes of Paris.
The room at the back was totally decorated like an installation artwork at some gallery in Paris.
ZADIG & VOLTAIRE is famous for its exquisite balance of masculine and feminine. Speaking of this season, we've got an impression that they are emphasizing more on feminity. Further more, Cecilia, the creative director of the brand, took the inspiration from the film "Les Amants du Pont-Neuf" when she was preparing this collection. This follows the collection embodies the parisienne taste of "chic" with fine quality of materials.
The collection consits of remarkable edgy stylings based on soft touch and feminine materials like fur, knit etc... with the brand's signature esprit ROCK.
The Leather jacket represents the brand's signature style of ROCK.
Sweet romantic shirt can be turned into "effortless chic" by combining with the salopette made of cool and premiunm material.
Do not miss the accessories!
The CANDIDE series bag, the "It model" Gigi Hadid and actress Jessica Alba wearing everywhere.
A stunning pale blue bag and python pattern booties.
An eye-catchy red suede tote and a black leather tote.
Leopard pattern booties of remarkable cutting line.
The promotional video inspired by the film "Les Amants du Pont-Neuf" projecting scenes of Paris with "Goldberg-Variationen" composed by J.S. Bach.
Pretty finger sweets were also gracing the venue.
The entrance of the building, very calssical paris atomosphere.
