Step inside The Grand Hôtel des Rêves ("The Grand Hotel of Dreams")—a one-of-a-kind immersive theatre nestled in the heart of Paris. Open year-round, this extraordinary experience promises magical adventures for all ages. If you're planning a trip to Paris this year, make sure it’s on your list.

More than just a show, Le Grand Hôtel des Rêves is a journey through time. Set in a stunning 18th-century mansion built by the family of Charles Le Brun, court painter to Louis XIV, the venue itself is a piece of living history. Tucked away in the 5th arrondissement—just a 5-minute walk from the Panthéon and 10 minutes from Notre-Dame—this location is as charming as it is historic.

Inside, over 1,000 square meters of meticulously designed sets transport visitors into fantastical worlds. Guided from room to room, audiences follow original storylines brought to life by a talented cast of actors.

Each space represents a different chapter in the tale, crafted with rich period décor and authentic props. Whether it’s a dreamscape or a journey through time, every performance is a cinematic adventure unfolding in real life.

Designed for families, couples, and curious minds of every kind, the performances are visually stunning and emotionally engaging. While the shows are performed in French, the storytelling is so immersive and the visuals so rich that language is no barrier to enjoyment.

Actors interact directly with the audience, blurring the line between stage and spectator. Their captivating performances, combined with beautifully tailored costumes and atmospheric staging, create moments of real magic. The 1-hour format is ideal for children—short enough to keep their attention, yet filled with excitement as you move from room to room. Romantic and imaginative, it's also the perfect date-night experience.

Two unforgettable shows are scheduled for 2025:
Jules Verne: Le Voyage Extraordinaire (running through October): An epic adventure inspired by the life and novels of the legendary 19th-century French author.
La Véritable Histoire du Père Noël (November 8 – January 4): A heartwarming Christmas tale perfect for the holiday season.
Whether you're a local or just visiting, The Grand Hôtel des s offers a truly unique way to experience Paris—through wonder, storytelling, and the joy of imagination.

At the end of the immersive experience, guests are invited to explore the top floor of the Grand Hôtel, where the magic continues. There, you’ll find a charming gift shop filled with unique souvenirs—among them, a beautifully crafted replica of an old newspaper announcing the opening of the Eiffel Tower.

You can also enjoy tea or pastries in the in-house café, styled like a refined 19th-century salon. Reserved exclusively for show attendees, it offers a cozy, timeless atmosphere that perfectly complements the theatrical experience.

During the summer, a second café opens on the first floor and in the garden: welcome to Le Grand Café des Rêves, a serene retreat in the middle of the city.

Open to everyone (even if you haven’t seen the show), this temporary café offers the rare charm of a Parisian countryside mansion, with a glass veranda overlooking a quiet, leafy garden. Inside, the ambiance evokes an elegant private club of the Belle Époque, with vintage furniture, soft lighting, and curated decor.

Opening Hours (Summer only, when no shows are taking place in the space):
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Because this area is also used as part of the show’s set, the café only opens when no performances are scheduled in that space—check the website or social media for updates before your visit.

Shows start every 20 minutes, with up to three separate teams of actors performing simultaneously in different parts of the Grand Hôtel. That means each time slot offers a unique experience, with different performers bringing the story to life.
To ensure the best experience, arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time—each group has a limited number of participants, and late arrivals may not be admitted once the performance begins.
Opening days:
Wednesdays & Fridays: Afternoons
Saturdays & Sundays: All day
