The waiter warmly welcomes you when you enter the restaurant. It's a good idea to sit at the terrace on a sunny day. Parsley snails, the meat of which is very tender, delicious and juicy. Stir-fried garlic and chopped parsley are cooked with butter, releasing the fragrance of the countryside, a little Chablis white wine is a finishing touch, enhancing the aroma of the whole dish.

It is a cold dish made of Burgundy high-quality ham and parsley. Its shape and taste are similar to the Chinese "boiled mutton". Fresh and salty ham, parsley and meat jelly melt in your mouth, the ingredients combine perfectly, making you refreshing. The meat jelly is made of meat soup with spices and white wine, which adds a lot of flavors.

The moment when the waiter opened the lid, the fragrance of wine and meat greets the nostrils. If you want to cook this dish, you can't omit the complicated process. Choose good Burgundy beef and put it in the red wine which with the garlic and the bunch of spices (thyme, parsley, etc.) for 24 hours, until the color and taste of red wine are completely impregnated into the beef. Then fry the beef to golden brown, move the beef and marinade into the casting iron pot, add stir-fried shallots, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, etc., and cook together for 6 hours until the beef is soft and the soup is thick.

The beef is full of wine aroma,  soft and easy to chew.

Red wine stewed pear is a famous Burgundy dessert. Fresh pears should be cut first in order to make it taste better.

The pear is marinated in red wine with spices (cinnamon, cloves, lemon peel) for 24 hours and the next day, start cooking together with sugar and finally put some almond on it. The finished dish is crystal and clear, looking like a ruby. The sweet taste of pear itself blends with the unique flavor of the spices. The pear is soft, juicy and sweet.
